Eligibility:
Although anyone may make a referral, all services are provided only under direct order of the
patient's personal physician. The patient must meet homebound criteria to qualify for Medicare
services. If you would like to have more information on eligibility, please call our office.
Billing and Payment:
Home care is more affordable than individuals might think. Most services are covered under
Medicare, Medicaid, or your personal insurance company. Our billing staff will handle the claims
processing for your home care needs.
Central Intake:
All referrals are taken at one convenient location. To start the referral process,

24-Hour On-Call:
Home Recovery-HomeAid, Inc., is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To make sure our patients' needs are met, we have an on-call nurse in each region
of our service area.
